Job Description

  • Inspect civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and ITPs.
  • Monitor concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and structural works.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality standards, codes, and procedures.
  • Review material inspections, test reports, and quality documentation.
  • Identify defects/non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Conduct site inspections with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Maintain inspection records, checklists, MIRs, WIRs, and NCR documentation.
  • Ensure completed civil works meet required quality and safety standards.
